For example: if you hear a practice on Tuesday and want to try it again on Thursday, a quick glance at the show notes will remind you of exactly what to do. How long are the podcast sessions?

They range from 20 - 60 minutes, but most of them are around 35 minutes. They were designed for you to listen to while you are driving, washing dishes, walking the dog, etc. Sometimes, you might want to go back and re-listen to parts that really impacted you and maybe even take a few notes. But in general, they were designed for women with full lives, who need to multitask a bit, so you really can use these on the go!

What if I can’t keep up with the schedule?
