Not at all. Everything is explained simply, and you can adapt each practice to your needs. Many women who join have never tried breathwork or nervous system tools before — and they find it refreshingly accessible.

Is there a workbook or worksheets I have to fill out? How much time will this take?
Honestly? No. Personally, I hate companion workbooks — and maybe you do too. Instead, each episode of Feeling Good comes with robust show notes, right there on your phone next to the episode. That means you can refer back to the most important practices and takeaways without needing to re-listen every time. For example: if you hear a practice on Tuesday and want to try it again on Thursday, a quick glance at the show notes will remind you of exactly what to do. This course was designed to be as easy and accessible as possible. How long do I have access?

How long are the podcast sessions?

They range from 20 - 60 minutes, but most of them are around 35 minutes. They were designed for you to listen to while you are driving, washing dishes, walking the dog, etc. Sometimes, you might want to go back and re-listen to parts that really impacted you and maybe even take a few notes. But in general, they were designed for women with full lives, who need to multitask a bit, so you really can use these on the go!

What if I can’t keep up with the schedule?
There is no schedule! While the modules are dropped into your private podcast player every three days (to guide you through a natural order), you are completely free to go at your own pace. Relisten, skip ahead, or repeat your favorite modules — whatever supports you best.
